Al Hamra Curriculum
Learners in the Early Years programme follow a play based approach to learning. In Years 1- 9 students follow an enhanced version of the English national curriculum, which is greatly enriched to reflect our multicultural community and geographical context. Our 14-16-year-old students study for General Certificate of Secondary Education (GCSE) examinations across a broad range of subjects, with our eldest 16-18-year-old students studying a smaller range of Advanced Level subjects (A Levels).
For the academic year 2024/ 2025, Al Hamra will be a F1- Y7 and post 16 school only. More details regarding Post 16 options will be available soon.
