The fees for the 2025/26 academic year, will be as follows:

Parents are provided the flexibility to pay the tuition fee for the first term in two installments.
For the second and third terms, payment must be completed 7-days before the start of the term.
Fees are set so that we can continue on our improvement and enhancement journey to benefit all students at our campuses.
Other fees payable

| For each new student commencing at our Al Hamra, Al Waha and Diplomatic Quarter campuses, a non-refundable fee of SR575 (inclusive of VAT) is payable at the time of submitting the application. If you are applying for a place at any of the BAE schools, this fee is not applicable. |
| Assessment |
| A non-refundable fee of SR1150 (inclusive of VAT) is payable by bank transfer for assessments. |
| Registration |
| For each new student, there is a single non-refundable fee of SR11,500 (inclusive of VAT) is payable. |
| Capital Development Fee |
| For each new student commencing at our non-BAE campuses, there is a one-time Capital Development fee of SR11,500 (inclusive of VAT). The fee also applies to students moving from BAE schools to our other schools. This is for campus improvement and re-development work. |
| Seat Deposit |
| A single refundable seat Deposit of SR5000 (0 VAT) is payable. This deposit will be refunded when the family no longer has a child at the school, provided one month’s notice during term time is given to the Registrar in writing prior to withdrawal, and all school IDs issued to the family are returned plus any issued to family helpers or drivers. |
| Resource Deposit |
| A single refundable deposit of SR1,500 (0 VAT) is required to cover the return of school’s resources i.e. Books and any other resources. The charge applies to the eldest child only in a family. The deposit will be repaid, less any deductions for damaged or lost items, when the family no longer has a child at the School. |
| Re-registration |
|
The registration fee is payable again if a student has been away from School for three clear terms. Any child for whom fees have not been paid, or who has not returned for the commencement of the new academic year, will be deemed to have left the school. In order to regain entry in these circumstances it will be necessary to complete initial registration procedures again. |
| Sibling Discount |
| The sibling discount scheme takes the form of a discount of SR1,000 per term for the third child and SR1,500 for the fourth and any subsequent children. |
| VAT Exemption |
| Please note that Saudi nationals are exempt from VAT. If you believe you are eligible for this exemption, please contact our finance department for further assistance. |
