You will find BISR staff very professional, dedicated and talented, willing to ‘go the extra mile’ for the students in their care. Those who join our community have a vital contribution to make to the development of high quality learning experiences, supporting student well-being and enhancing our co-curricular provision. In all this we laugh a lot, and humour prevails across the school, resulting in a warm and professional ethos and a place where everyone, whatever their role, looks forward to coming to school.

Our students are a delight to teach and work with, having a wonderfully positive attitude to learning. They are highly motivated, focused and well mannered, represented by a strong and proactive Student Council. There is an excellent sense of community, supported by a very active Parent Teacher organisation who run a range of fun events throughout the year. Our teachers work hard during term time, but enjoy coming to school, finding time to have fun and enjoy living in Saudi Arabia as well.

Outside the school, the compounds offer a tremendously high quality of life, and Saudi Arabia is a truly fascinating country. Its geographical position means that Africa, Europe and Asia are all accessible during those all-important holidays, and our staff enjoy a magnificent lifestyle. Of course, the tax free salary helps!
