IMYC
The International Middle Years Curriculum is used in over 100 schools in more than 50 countries - BISR DQ is the first school in Saudi Arabia to offer this curriculum to our students.
The International Middle Years Curriculum (IMYC) is a curriculum developed specifically for 11-14-year-olds, underpinned by neuroscientific research which recognises the particular needs of the teenage/adolescent brain. The curriculum design approaches this through conceptual ‘Big Ideas’ that enable students to make connections between their learning and make meaning of the world around them, preparing them for their next stage of their education and personal development for their future.
At BISR DQ, our students will study the following concepts on their three year journey through the IMYC:

DEVELOPMENT Long-lasting changes take place slowly over time |
